Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped with tracked shipping to the exact address provided at checkout.
  • We may require a signature on delivery for higher-value orders at our discretion.
  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received and completed.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.
  • Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes (if applicable) are the full responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds (Strict Policy)

  • Because many items are limited-release and high value, all sales are final unless the item is:
    • Defective on arrival, or
    • Clearly not the item or size that was ordered.
  • No refunds or returns are accepted for:
    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
    • Wrong size ordered by the customer
    • Normal wear and tear after use
  • To request a review for a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery time with:
    • Clear photos of the item, box, and shipping label
    • An unboxing video showing the package being opened (strongly recommended and may be required for disputes)
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original box included.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and confirmed.

Chargebacks & PayPal / Card Disputes

  • By placing an order, you agree to first contact our support team to resolve any issue before opening a bank or PayPal dispute.
  • We provide tracking, delivery confirmation, and evidence (including photos and communication) to payment providers in the event of a dispute.
  • Filing a false “item not received” or “unauthorized transaction” claim when the order was delivered to the correct address may be considered fraud.
  • We reserve the right to permanently block accounts and future orders from customers who abuse chargebacks or dispute systems.

When you create an account, you agree to:
