We accept returns within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery time. To initiate a return:

  2. Provide clear photos of the item, box, and shipping label
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in original condition and packaging
  5. Receive your refund once we verify the return

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Important Restrictions

No refunds or returns are accepted for:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Returns initiated after 48 hours
